You MUST bring a copy of your childs birth certificate in order for the registration to be accepted.


Registration fees for Tackle Football & Cheerleading:

  $100 for the first child
*$75 for the second child
*$50 for the 3rd child
*children must live in the same household for discounts to apply.

A $20 per child pre-paid raffle ticket fundraiser is also due at registration.  
(i.e:  If you have 2 children  - total registration fee will be $215.  Three children will be $285.00.

Cheerleaders will also owe $100 for their cheer package which includes shoes, bodysuit, bloomers, socks, and hairbow.

Football Players will owe an additional $50 for their football jersey.

Registration fee:  $60.00 includes football jersey


3 Year Old Flag Football Cheerleading

Registration fee:  $40.00 (no uniform fee required.)

County Contract: Required for Football & Cheerleading: (NOTE:  Only page 1 is required if you played for Panthers last year.   Player Release Form (Page 2) is required only if you played for another organization last year.
